We answer in English and Azerbaijani. Replies usually take a day or two.

If you are in crisis or in immediate danger, do not wait for an email. Contact your local emergency number, or open Lavia and use the SOS screen — it lists the crisis lines for your country and is reachable from every screen in the app.

Common questions

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and enter your email. A reset link arrives in a few minutes — check your spam folder if it does not. The email comes from Lavia and arrives in your app language.

I forgot my app lock PIN

The PIN is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered or reset by us. On the lock screen, choose Forgot your PIN? — this signs you out and clears the lock. Your account and everything in it stay where they are; sign back in with your email and password.

How do I turn the app lock on or off?

Open the menu and look for the app lock setting. You can use a PIN, and on devices that support it, Face ID or your fingerprint. It is free — it is not part of Premium.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Open the menu and choose Download my data. Lavia builds a file containing your profile, journal, conversations, dreams, mood entries and test results, and hands it to you through your device's own share sheet. It is never uploaded anywhere on your behalf — where it goes is your choice.

I ran out of messages

The free plan includes a set number of AI messages every 24 hours. The counter starts at your first message of the day, not at midnight. Premium removes the limit.

How do I change the language?

Open the menu and choose the language setting. Lavia is available in thirty-eight languages, and the AI answers in whichever one you pick.

Why do I see ads?

Ads keep Lavia free. They appear in two places only, and never see anything you write. Premium removes them entirely.

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app, or by email if you no longer have it. The steps are on the account deletion page.

Reporting a problem

If something is broken, it helps to tell us what phone you use, what you were doing when it happened, and what you expected instead. Screenshots are welcome.

Please do not paste your journal entries or conversations into an email. We do not need them to fix a bug, and email is not a private place to keep them.
